Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with every purchase from XoomParts. If something is not right, our return policy is here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us at contact@xoomparts.com or via our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all included parts and documentation.
• Special-order, custom, or clearance items may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page before ordering.
• Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The original shipping cost is not refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Defective Or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including the original shipping cost, at no charge to you.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
